Items weighing 22kg or less are shipped via eParcel, Australia Post’s online-enabled delivery system.
Each parcel includes a barcoded address label, allowing you to track your shipment at various stages using Australia Post’s online tracking tool.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a consignment number. This can be used to track your delivery directly on the Australia Post website.
